Windows 7 install USB

I'm not really a tech girl so please excuse my ignorance. Upon the "starting windows," I keep getting the "A Required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing." I did the 2.0 USB and not the 3.0 and still "A Required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing." Please help :c

Windows 7 does not support your chipset. You should check with your motherboard manufacturer to see if they have instructions for your motherboard. There are lots of articles if you google "B250M windows 7 install". Most of them are manufacturer specific.
