So as the question says I would like to upgrade my PC. I have a budget of around €200. I would like to be able to run games such as Arma 3 and others at a higher FPS.

-Specs-
AMD FX-8350
AMD Radeon R9 380 4gb
8gb Ram
Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3
Corsair VS650 PSU
1TB HDD
480GB SSD

Thanks!

Once you go online, your specs matter very little. FPS is bound to how fast the server can run, the CPS/FPS. Usually server is fastest right after reset and then it just keeps going down.
In essence, you might notice a difference in singleplayer, not so much in MP.
Wow, props to you if you've managed to run an 8350 on that motherboard without throttling. You must have a very good cooling setup :)

I wouldn't buy anything for €200, id save up a bit more and look something stronger. I mean, you need a new cpu / mobo and ram to go with it really

I agree with you,It won't change gaming that much upgrading anything other than the GPU unless he wants 4K,AMD 8000 series processors don't bottleneck anywhere near the amount some people claim,Most games, with a few exceptions are heavily GPU bound,A 1070 or 60 ,480 or 580 are just fine for 1080P
