Hello,
I am planning on buying a rx 570 4GB card or an Gtx 1050 ti.
I would like to know if there will be any bottlenecking issues with my computer.
I am aware of the variation of price points.

My computer:

Intel i3 3220- 2 cores with 4 logical cores (4 threads).

Motherboard-

8GB DDR3 1333 Mhz ram

450W Corsair VS Power Supply

Games:
CS :GO
GTA 5
Far cry 4

Solution
For what it's worth, I would not pay as much for a 1050 Ti as for either RX 570 or 580. NV's drivers may be easier on the CPU, but it's a lesser card. When I bought my 1050 Ti, it was half the price of a 480.
Your CPU will prevent you from getting 60fps in GTA and Far Cry, even at low graphical settings. However, a faster video card still helps.

Just so you know, the RX 570 is a much faster card than the GTX 1050 Ti, but nVidia's GPU drivers are lighter on the CPU, so in CPU-bound scenarios you may actually get higher framerates with the NV GPU. You wouldn't have the ability to turn the graphics up as high though.

I really feel tempted to buy the rx 580 due to its lower price point as compared to an rx 470 (in India) but I think I'll have to go with the gtx 1050ti.
Thank you for your advice.
