"SMART Has NOT Been Tripped" , what does this mean ,
Is this a problem , if yes what should i do ?

It's opposite of bad. If anything Tripped it, it would mean that SMART detected one of the problems in the list it checks for.

cant find the bad sector already surface scan (deep scan) all partition & hidden partition with partition tools & HD Tune , DOS Tools too Vivard with Remap Options.
