Hey I curently have a GTX 670 which is 5cm less than the 1070. It looks like the 1070 would be cramped for space although I have this blue piece of plastic in the way which would allow the card to fit. Do you think it would be possible to remove this piece which would allow the card to fit?

EDIT: Sorry for the lack of information,

Case: CiT Vantage Midi Mesh Gaming Case
Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 ARMOR 8G OC

Solution
According to PCPartPicker, it will fit, but it's gonna be a cramped install. You're gonna have to snake the card into that shroud, then try to work it into the slot, and route your cabling to it but it should work.

Thanks alot man, I was also looking at this card: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01IFESATU/ref=psdc_430524031_t1_B01LY83QTM

or an ITX version. You think that would be better? Does the initial card I picked have better performance?

Thanks in advance.
