Ok, so I have a very average desktop PC that I did not build, It's called the Dell Inspiron 3847. I can play those games at the lowest possible setting but it's not an enjoyable experience for me. I need to know what I need to upgrade in my PC so I can run those games better. I know for a fact that I need a graphics card because right now I only have integrated graphics. What kind of graphics card will run those games at decent settings and will I need to upgrade my power supply or something else. I currently don't know what power supply I have so if someone can tell me how I can find that out please tell me. Same case with my motherboard, I don't know how to check what I have. I haven't adjusted anything in my PC so the parts are standard. My budget for a graphics card is no more than $150-$200.
These are the specs that I actually know:
OS: Windows 10 64 bit
RAM: 12 GB
Processor: Intel Core i5-4460 3.20 GHz
BIOS: A08
If you need me to find anything else just let me know.

Shut off the computer and open the case, The power supply will have label on it, hopefully on a visible side, and you can read the specs. In particular look at the overall power, it's usually in a "300W" format, and the 12V output which will say something like "12V 18A".

The good news is that you have a decent CPU, so with the right card you can run those games. The not so good news is twofold. One, a couple of those games are early access, so the performance you get might not be great no matter what card you buy. The games simply aren't done yet. Overwatch will play very well. The other bad news is that it's probable that since this is a Dell, you will need to buy a new power supply. You might get lucky though, you won't know until you check.

I don't really know what that means, but I was hoping maybe you do. If you could tell me a good PSU and Graphics Card that would work in my computer and would be able to run those games that would be awesome. My budget is probably around $250.
