Hey guys, I'm in a bit of a pickle here.

So i built my new pc yesterday and accidentally turned off the integrated graphics settings in bios (without having installed the gpu drivers). Now I can't access bios and my monitor won't detect anything from the hdmi port of the motherboard or the gpu. I already tried resetting cmos using all the methods online to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated in order to access bios.

Thanks in advance!
P.S: Everything worked fine until I turned off integrated graphics option in BIOS

Solution
As I see it, you have two separate problems. One is GPU that is probably not working. Another is motherboard that worked fine and suddenly can't output video signal. At this point, two most sensible things to do are:
>test your GPU in another machine to find out if it's really bad
>install different GPU in your comp to reach BIOS this way

Gigabyte H110-M-A
I tried the CMOS reset many times with different time intervals I also left it overnight

Ugh, blind me. Thought you don't have GPU installed. So, you had GPU installed, monitor connected to it, but no windows drivers yet installed, all was good, and then you turned off integrated card in BIOS, and now no signal to monitor from GPU? Did I got you right this time?

Ok so before this problem, I had windows 10 installed already, everything worked, display (hdmi) worked only for the motherboard though (integrated graphics) and not for the gpu.. probably because I hadn't installed the drivers yet. Now, the display doesn't work for motherboard or gpu, but everything is running internally. All in all, I can't access BIOS without the display

Ok, so it goes like this: when you have GPU installed, you should not be able to get display from motherboard - and the fact that you did, means that either you did not installed GPU correctly, or GPU is not working. So please remove GPU from build, connect monitor to motherboard and start comp - we need to sort things out one by one.

Ok i will do that in 30 mins

That's not good, it should have worked. What GPU you have? Trying to find reason why you didn't get display through GPU when it was installed first - maybe you did not connected power plug(s) to GPU? Do you have access to any other GPU (in case that would not work)?

My gpu is nvidia gtx 1060.... I know it worked because I saw the LED's light up and the fans spin. Is it possible to take an hdd from another pc with nvidia drivers installed and transferring it to the new pc? Would this maybe work?

Drivers have nothing to do with your problem. If you could see the BIOS screen and only after going to Windows you would be loosing display, that would be a drivers problem.
Leds and fans working on GPU prove nothing aside from the fact that is has been properly mounted to PCIe slot. It will not work until all power cables are connected - speaking of which, did you had power cable connected to it when you installed it first time (depending on which version you have, either 6-pin or 8-pin plug)?
