GTX 1060 using low power, CPU almost maxed during gameplay.

I posted about my computer not performing well a couple of weeks ago, but I couldn't find the problem. But, that has changed... I found out that my GPU is hitting around 30% usage while in ALL games, while my CPU hits around 90%.

I've tried tweaking the options in NVIDIA's control panel, switching power plans to high performance in Windows, reinstalling old drivers using DDU, installing the newest drivers, reinstalling Windows...and nothing seems to work. So, I'm gonna appeal here.

If anyone has any answer, please post it below.

Here's my specs:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz

Graphics Card: Zotac Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB

Motherboard: MSI H110M Gaming

RAM: 8GB

OS: Windows 10 Pro

Display: 1920x1080, 1080p, 60Hz

If you have win 7 try disabling wauserv.
For me ,wauserv was using 50% of my cpu for nothing.
I disabled it(stopped) and everything was smooth as butter.

It's hard for me to help people who post questions like this.

"...my computer not performing well..."

What does that mean? Trying running something like 3dmark, a standardized benchmark that will give you a specific result. Then post the specifics about that performance here. Those usage numbers do look like something is off, but it's difficult to troubleshoot it from vague descriptions.

By "not performing well", I mean that I was hitting unplayable FPS, around 20-10fps when there's something happening, and around 40fps when i'm doing nothing. I recorded these results from The Witcher 3, Overwatch, Borderlands 2, Planetside 2 etc... I use MSI Afterburner, and it says it's the same, as well as GPU-Z.

It just might be somthing that work against your CPU sort of speak.
recently I innstalled a GTX 970 and got high CPU and low fps... For me it was something in the background that was running... I just stopped every task in the task manager I didnt need and after I stopped it from running, all games was smooth...
