Newly Built Computer Not Turning On

Like the title says. The power led light is on but nothing happens when I hit the power button. I switched power supplies to a known good one and still the same issue. I triple checked to make sure everything is connected right.

Case: Thermaltake Core V21
Mobo: MSI Mortar Arctic B250M
CPU: I7 7700K
Ram: G Skill Ripjaws V 16gb
GPU: GeForce GTX 1080 to
Power Supply: Rosewill Hive 1000w
SSD: Samsung Evo 500gb
HDD: WD 4tb

Have you connected the 8 pin power cable to the board?
If yes, and still no go, try clearing the CMOS and testing the board outside the case, only CPU and CPU fan installed, both 24 and 8 pin power cables connected. No other components/wires.
If still the same, I'd RMA the board.
