Why is my computer still overheating?!

Over the past few months I've had to place a home fan next to my crappy 1 fan slot case in order to play games, otherwise my pc would blue screen and overheat. A couple days ago I took it to a shop, bought an S340 and a new fan in the hopes of fixing the problem. After everything was installed and the fans were up and running, it continues to overheat! If anyone has any idea what to do, please let me know!

Solution
Download coretemp and see what's running hot.
Could be a passive cooler on north bridge or south bridge that's seated poorly. I saw this once when someone had been poking around inside his computer and physically unseated the damn thing.
