I know the question might sound dumb, but i have an intel i3 3220 and plan to "upgrade" my old pc soon. I know I also have to change the motherboard and the ram too and that's why i can't tell if its worth it. The Pentium is good for its price and I just can't afford something good like Ryzen, its just not a priority at the moment and the pentium is as far as I can go. I want to play new games with better frames because my old graphics card isn't performing well anymore and I plan to get a GTX 1050 Ti or RX 570, combined with the i3 or the pentium, but I just can't decide if I should change my CPU along with the motherboard and the ram.
