Just need a firm yea or no answer. Does these picture prove that my video card is shot?? I know its not dead cause it work when ever it wants to.http://

Solution
It's doing it at the windows loading screen so it's not a driver issue.

You're going to have to pull apart the loop and test the card in another system if you want to diagnose the issue more.

True but i hate removing the whole water system it pretty big.. it goes from my ram to cpu then gpu..in a circular motion.. i might just buy a new video card.. and remove the water cooling pipes from the video cards..

You can still plug the card into another system with just the waterblock installed, there is enough mass in the block to absorb the heat from the card to boot into windows, obviously don't run any games.
All you want to see is if the problem still persists in another system while it's booting windows.
