Actually, yes, they do make mobile Xeon processors. Check the Ark Intel website under mobile processors.

The i5-2410m is a 2nd gen (Sandy Bridge) CPU which supports FCBGA1023 and PPGA988 sockets.

If your mobo is FCBGA1023, forget about CPU upgrades, the CPU is soldered to the motherboard. If it is PPGA988, then this is the list of CPU's that work in PPGA988
