Will all these components be compatible with eachother?

A few months ago I had bought an ASUS GTX 770 2GB from CEX in preparation for building a gaming PC. The plan was to buy the graphics card and buy a pre-built PC which did not contain a graphics card. A relative of mine recently gave me a pretty old LGA775 PC for free. It was practically perfect. it was old enough that it was LGA775 but new enough to support DDR3 Memory. So on CEX I found a few parts including a Core 2 Quad Q6600 for like 15 dollars. my main concern though is that my slightly more modern graphics card would not be compatible with such an old motherboard. It says the motherboard model is GA-G41M-COMBO. The RAM i've chosen from CEX is 1 stick of DDR3 1333 8GB which I know will be fine, and a 500GB SATA HDD which I'm assuming will be fine. So tell me what you think, will all these components be alright with each other?

Solution
IF that is the case, you should invest in a new motherboard and CPU. You can get a cheap H110 and G4400 for about $100 bucks. That's just my three cents.

This shouldn't be a problem because I am planning to buy a brand new power supply at least 600 watts.
