This is my first time building a gaming pc and I want to make sure all the parts look good. Is there anything I should change or is there anything that is unnecessary?

+1 for this, i'd try squeeze in a 8GB RX 580 if you can but a FreeSync monitor is a great pairing regardless. The RX 580 is slightly stronger than the 1060 6GB to begin with. Rest of the build looks good.
