Ps4 hard drive doubts

Hey guys.
I have decided to buy a PS4 500gb. And I don't have any idea regarding the use of internal storage in PS4. And I do have only the budget of getting the console. Therefore buying CD's would be difficult. So I need to know is that possible for me to download games online. If yes,then how could I do so ..
Please help me

The PS4 hard drive is formated to the "OS" in which the PS4 uses, thus it cannot be re-formatted between a PC's own OS and the PS4's "OS"- so, unless you just download free games from the PS4 store, you're sorta stuck with what you have. Some PS4 bundles come with games, so if you could afford that.. otherwise. :(
