I want to buy myself a GAMING PC around 700$ that I will mostly use for gaming and editing videos. I have found a PC with these specs:
Procesor: AMD FX-6300 3.5 GHz AM3+,
Motheroard: AMD 760G AM3+,
Ram: HyperX Fury 8 GB DDR3 1866MHz,
SSD: 240GB,
Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 460 4GB DDR5,
Power: Zalman 500W,

The price of the PC is 650$

So my questions are :
1.Will I be able o run all games on medium/high in 2017/2018?
2. Is the motherboard and graphics card compatible with DirectX 12 or 11
3.And are these specs good enough for 600$

I would appreciate any help.
-Thank you

The pc you linked has an outdated cpu and the psu could be better.
