Otherwise, go for an EVGA g2, G3 or corsair RMx.

Oh, God... Horrible. The BitFenix Whisper M's 12V rail ranges from a good 12V to a 11.91V. I won't recommend this.

0.09V horrible? Yeah...no. It's quite good. In fact better than Corsair RMXs series load regulation, according to Jonnyguru and Tomshardware. It isn't mythical, but certainly is good. Also, load regulation isn't the onky thing you should look at when judging its perform and/quality.

The RMx stability issues don't span all rails. The BitFenix one spans for 3.3V and 12V.

"Issues". They aren't issues. 0.85% deviance on the 12v rail on the bitfenix whisper is very good. Sure, the RMx has better regulation on the minor rails however they aren't as important as the 12v rails. The overall performance of the bitfenix whisper is in fact better than the EVGA G2 and similar to the Corsair RMX. Not to mention the whisper is normally cheaper.

James Mason, your comment is misleading. The XFX TS series are made from a combination of platforms, including the Seasonic G, seasonic gb, Seasonic AT and the less common Seasonic ST which is only found in the 430w unit.
So in fact most XFX TS' are not Seasonic Ecos.

You're probably right; I overlooked an extra "3". Too used to the bigger numbers in older reviews of less-than-stellar units.
