Solution
Well, you'd have to relocate the hard drive, as it's blocking a longer gpu, but any "ITX" style GPU should fit fine.
Like this RX 570: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/WwQRsY/sapphire-radeon-rx-570-4gb-pulse-itx-video-card-11266-06-20g

If you want to know your exact limits, take a ruler and measure how the distance between the PCI exit slots and the drive cage, and then you can shop for GPUs that are under that limit.

You also probably need a new PSU, as yours probably doesn't even supply 450 watts like it claims.

how do i know its a mid tower or full size tower cab

found it:

Looks like a micro-atx mini tower, a cheap one at that. It's possible it could fit larger GPUs, but it depends how they built it inside.
A similar case is probably the Rosewill FBM-05: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/nykwrH/rosewill-case-fbm05

@OP open it up and take a picture so show us what it looks like on the inside.
