My setup now:
CPU - Intel Core i5-2400 @ 3.10GHz (overclocked)
MOBO - ASRock P67 Pro3 SE
GPU - Asus GTX550 Ti 1GB
RAM - Kingston 8GB, DDR3, 1600Mhz, CL9, Kit of 2, HyperX
HDD - Sata 3 500GB 7200rpm
PSU - Inter-Tech 700W aPFC 120mm
Case - InWin EA003 ATX

I'm planning to get new GPU - GTX 1060 6GB & SSD 120GB for windows and some games with lots of load times.
Also i was thinking to get 16GB of RAM, but i'm not sure. Do i really need so much? Or can i survive without it for now, and get it with MOBO+CPU+DDR4 in the future?
I mainly use PC for gaming, sometimes photoshop/blender/SDK's but i don't have problem with that. Most problematic games i got are - Fallout 4, PUBG. Load times also are problematic in games such Battlefield 4, PUBG.
Will be there any issues with those replacements, or do i need to consider something else?

Solution

What I recommend is get at least a 250 gb ssd (gb is just to small). Then get a new psu that you are going to take with you to the new build in the future and then get a gtx 1060. After that you save up for a new build except those components.

You mean 1tb ssd? They aren't affordable for me sadly.
Also is my PSU that bad? If so, what do you recommend?

I wanted to type 250gb :p (darn numlock ). I suggest a seasonic s12II 520w.

Oh okay.. yeah i'll think about that. Price jump isn't that high so i might take 250gb.
I found that PSU, but does the one i currently have work fine with new SSD and GPU?

Ssd yes gpu maybe but wouldn't try it and fry the pc.
