$3000 AUD mini ITX 2017 (or 2018) PC

Thinking of building a PC with top of the line hardware so that I can use it for things like software development, video recording/editing, and 4K 60/120hz capability. It has to be a portable machine as well and very small. I may not purchase it now, as I might wait for Vega video cards or even next year for RyZen 2 and Navi/Volta, but I was wondering what your thoughts were on this rough list of parts.

I've set myself a $3000 AUD (Australian dollars) limit, but if you can make an equivalent parts list in euro then that'd be great (if Euro prices are cheaper).

What are your thoughts on this first iteration, and is there anything I should consider changing?

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Obviously motherboard not included as mini ITX motherboards don't currently exist, but assume that the cost of the sleeved PSU cables represents the motherboard cost.

If you go to the Pcpartpicker List it has links to part locations. I chose the 1800X as there was money to spare, although it is definitely not the most cost efficient i had limited myself to using the zaber case which left me with extra money.

This is a list using the Dan Case.

Yes not all these parts are available however it is an amazing case and very portable.

I should mention that I've already ordered the DAN Case.

Where are you getting these prices for the motherboard and Noctua cooler from? Why do you choose RyZen 7 1800X when it's significantly more for very little improvement?

if you need the storage just use a smaller m.2 and add hard drives. I did some research on the 1700 and 1800x and found that due to the thermal interface in a small form factor build you would actually get better performance out of the Ryzen 7 1700.
