So I've recently got myself a nice PC with following components :

The power supply is Inter-Tech SL-500G, 500W.
Got it for 350kn ~ 52 USD without the GPU, the GPU I've put in was my old one, never really used it much.
So what I've planned is to do the following:
Buy an AMD Phenom II X6 1100T
Buy an AMD R9 270x Toxic OC 2GB
Buy additional Seagate Barracuda SATA3 3.5" 2TB HDD
But, I've came across an AMD Athlon X4 860k and I wanted to ask you, the community of Tom's Hardware, is Phenom II X6 1100T better than AMD X4 860K?
Also, will the Phenom II X6 1100T and R9 270X OC 2GB work with my current motherboard?
Is the Sapphire R9 270X Toxic OC 2GB better than Palit GTX 750 StormX Ti OC 2GB?
Can you recommend me a GPU for 80 dollars?
Are there any CPUs for AM3 socket that are better than Phenom II X6 1100T?
If someone would take time to answer all these questions for me, I'd appreciate it.
Thank you.

You are planning to buy extremely outdated components. I don't think upgrading the PC will be worth it. It will be better if you will buy new components.
But if you must stay with older components, AMD Phenom X6 is bit better than X4 860K, but it is more outdated and has worse thermal design power. Also AMD X4 is for socked FM2+, not for AM3.
R9 270X is much better than 750 Ti. If you can get it for 80 dollars, you should buy it, but it seems that both GPUs are for PCIe 3.0, and your motherboard has PCIe 2.0.
I am not sure if AM3+ processors are compatible with AM3 socket, I think that not, but if yes, AMD FX 8300 is best CPU for AM3+ socket, I think. If it's not compatible, AMD Phenom X6 is best processor for AM3.

True, they are outdated and I know that, but this would be my temporary PC, in the near future I'd get myself a i5 with a GTX 1070, but I just want some good frames in games for a while, and I think Phenom and the R9 would serve me well untill I get enough money for what I want.
PCIe 3.0 gpus work with PCIe 2.0, there is just a very very small performance loss.

You will save money if you will play for now some games like minecraft and do later full upgrade. If you want, you can buy Phenom and R9 for now, but don't forget to buy good cooler for Phenom, because it generates lot of heat. For your future build I'll reccomend Radeon RX 580, because it costs much less than 1070 and performs almost the same.
