I have noticed that if not idle, my GPU usage always spikes and dips, even while I play games or just use chrome. It doesn't cause fps drops or unstableness but it still I wanted to ask if it's normal.
I use a sapphire rx 580 nitro plus limited edition, with a ryzen 1600x CPU.
