I've been livestreaming for a while on YouTube but I just recently noticed that when there is a fast movement or something that the stream gets pixelated until the movement slows down. Does anyone have any idea as to why this may be happening? Also I don't have a great upload speed it is only about 1.1 Mbps, so also what would be the max settings I can use with obs and that upload speed?
