I have a Dell XPS 8700 and I am getting a new gpu soon, a GTX 1060 3 GB so scratch GPU from the list.
My budget is 60 dollars with a little wiggle room. I live in Norway but can also order from Amazon etc, all sites that ship to Norway on a free fee.
I was thinking about upgrading the case, those are my options.
Zalman N1 Neo
Cooler Master MasterBox 5
Corsair Carbide SPEC-03
Any other options?

The DELL XPS 8700 has.
A dell case, obv.
460 WATT Dell PSU
GTX 650 (UPGRADING LATER)
I7-4790
Some Dell CPU Cooler
12 GB RAM

Any help would be appreciated.

Have to agree with this on that. Looked as well and seems to be a m-atx board, holes seem to line up,but the outer two right ones seem not been used, not a problem though.

Looks like a nice case, but why do you want to show off such an ugly motherboard? That's me of course, don't let your decision be influenced by that. ;)
The Cooler master N200 is a nice case too, might even be cheaper and more in line with the motherboard. These have usb 3.0 ports on the front for which the motherboard doesn't have a connector though, but both still have two 2.0 connectors.

Looks like a MicroATX board from what I can see online, however that doesn't mean the holes will line up. I would say probably it would work but I can't promise anything.

2 possible issues.

Dell sometime limit what GPU's will work with restrictions in the BIOS and you cannot get around this if they have.

Dell PSU's usually have a much lower wattage on the 12v rail than you would expect for their quoted wattage, Id expect that PSU to be less than 400w on the 12v rail but I might be wrong. Also I don't think the GTX650 needed a PCI-E power cable which the 1060 does so the PSU may not even have the right connector.

So I should buy a PSU? Is the EVGA 650 GQ good? And will it fit?
