I have a i7-6700 and a asus-170A and a GTX 1070. When my graphics card is installed it won't give any signal to my monitor when I plug the VGA into the graphics card or the CPU. I've tried a HDMI cable aswell. But when I take the graphics card out my computer runs perfectly. I've tried downloading Nvidia GeForce experience and it won't download cause it doesn't recognize that I have the GPU

It now shows up in my device manager under display adapters, but there is another one called the intel(r) HD Grahpics 530. and it's above the GTX 1070. My games are still acting as though there is no graphics card running. yet it's showing up in the device manager https://gyazo.com/5587b216916769ea31de59e2a682f6c9
