I am looking for a used card, I don't ever buy any "new" pc parts.

70 dollars will only get you a used 750 Ti at the very best, which isn't really any better than your 560.

This depends on why you want to upgrade. The 460 is not a large increase in raw performance, but the 560 is old tech. So you'd be getting the 460 more to gain access to new capabilities more than for a framerate increase.

You mentioned used cards, I'd suggest you look at the 660 Ti or HD 7950/7970. These would give you newer tech as well as a sizable increase in performance. The only thing is power, they use a lot. But then so does your 560.
