I bought a 6600k and it runs faster than it was sad on the specifications, 300mhz more than it said and that is on all 4 cores. The Cpu was also at a very low voltage, 1.52v. I saw that 1.2-1.3 was common. Is there anything wrong or am I a lucky bastard that won the silicon lottery? Mobo = asus z270e and cooler = nzxt x62. While gaming it never got above 50° celsius while making no sound.

It's hard to understand what actually happened. I hope that 1.52 volts is a mistype, you really never should go above ~1.4 on any CPU. If you mean that with stock voltage you overclocked it to 4.1, that is normal. I got to 4.2 on stock voltage on my 4690k, doing 4.5 using 1.3v (I could go higher but I want max stability and I won't notice .1GHz).
