Ok so be nice please this is my first build and I have no idea what i'm doing. So i got one of my friends to make a good part list and I bought all the pieces on Amazon Canada and I manages to build it using a tutorial by neweggTV on youtube and when it came to wiring i just of went with it logically and plugged stuff following the manuals and the internet and when I try booting it up it kindof just turns on for 5 seconds then turns off for a couple seconds and does this again and again. I don't know what is causing this problem my guess is that one of the pieces is broken or i fucked up with the wiring it could also be something else tho. Also to note is that my cpu cooler touches the top part of my cpu when installed and im quite scared that has something to do with it here is my part list:
