RAID 1 on Boot: "error occurred (0)"

When I boot my computer and it gets to the RAID config screen, it says the status is degraded and for one of my two disks shows "error occurred (0)." I'm not very savvy with RAID other than being able to get it set up. I've seen other posts about downloading software utilities but since I set up RAID from the bios, I'm not sure what my next step should be.

I don't know how long it's been happening (I'm guessing less than a week). My motherboard has been somewhat haunted for about a year and a half (Maximus V Gene). When I did a refresh a couple years back, half the SATA ports didn't work for about a week. Now some of the USB ports don't work and the light on my case doesn't light up. That being said, I don't know if the RAID error is the result of a configuration/drive issue, or my motherboard going back on the fritz. I only have one rig so I can't do any testing on another chassis.

What's the best way to do that? I only bought the drives in October 2015 and they're WD Red so that would be weird for one to fail so quickly.
