Gigabyte GTX1060 & Gigabyte z270-K3, PC doesn't Boot

Just installed new motherboard, boots up fine without GPU installed. I install the GPU, powers on but PC doesn't boot up (just blank screen). Downloaded latest drivers from Gigabyte (F8B & F6), GPU still doesn't allow computer to boot up (powers on)

Any recommendation on sequencing the troubleshoot?
What do I need to change in the BIOS?
Clearing CMOS?
Any assistance would be great! Thanks!

Yes, still using the same video cable, tested the cable on other PC, works fine. I have suspicion it could might very well be just the PSU itself. I've ordered a new PSU, will test on Thursday. I'll have to submit an RMA for the EVGA one that's under warranty in the meantime...
