so i have 1TB of hdd external, i ran with some problem recently. when i open the hdd, my files barely there (only couple of files/folders) but the storage is used like nothing hapens. it says 500gb is used but when i actually see inside the hdd it's only 70Gb.
So i ran a virus scan to the HDD. In glimps i see my missing files in this sequence of folder. F:\$RECYCLE.BIN\(my photos folders and other missing files). when it finished scanning the hard drive, it shows no hidden files.
Please can someone help me? How to retrieve the missing files because it contains a lot of photos of my works. Please Help Me....
PS: sorry for bad writing, i barely can write in english.
