Dual DVI-D to HDIM won't output a signal

Hello,
I am using a MSI Night Elf B150M with no graphics card.
Since the board only has a Dual DVI-D port I used a DVI to HDMI converter.
But my Screen doesn't receive a signal.

Components are:
8 GB Crucial CT8G4DFD8213 RAM
Corsair CP-9020098-EU VS Series VS650 80 Plus ATX Power Supply (230V, 650W)
Kaby-Lake i5 7500
Toshiba MQ01ABD100 1000GB HDD
Sharkoon VG5-W Case

The board might need a BIOS update for supporting the Kaby and you can't do it without accessing the BIOS. You need a supported CPU.

Not necessarily. What are the 4 digits after B in the board's serial number (B1xxx)?

The board does need a BIOS update. The Celeron should solve the issue.
