Encoding videos with handbrake

I need to encode about 20, 10 minute videos with handbrake to make the videos a constant framerate instead of a variable frame rate so it works properly in the video editor i'm using, and my cpu usage is at 99% and my temperature is about 65 celsius as expected.

But my issue is i don't think it would be good for my cpu to run it at 65 celsius at 99% usage for 10 hours (the estimated time to finish).

My question is, would it be so hard on my cpu to just do it in intervals, ex. Finish a video and then stop for a while and start another one in 30 mins or so. Or is there a way to slow down the encoding process to where it doesn't have to be so taxing?

Thanks for any help.

EDIT: My CPU is on a stock fan cooler running at about 4000 rpms regardless of the temperature.

65C is a good temperature and your CPU should be fine running at that temp for 10 hours at full load. you should only start worrying if the temperature hits 80C and above.

1. As stated above, at that temperature your CPU can run at 100% all year long without problems.

2. For reference, if you want the CPU to run at less than full speed for an extended period of time, tweak the power settings.
Power options -> Change plan settings -> Change advanced power settings -> Processor power management -> Maximum processor state

Reducing it from 100% to 99% will disable turbo boost. Reducing it further will limit the clock speed to below max.
