Hi all,
I built a pc about 18 months ago. Specs are:

Ram – 2 HyperX FURY Series 8GB DDR3 (16GB total)
Motherboard - Asus Z97-A
CPU - Intel Core i5 4690K
Graphics Card - Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 970
Hard drives
- Samsung 2.5-Inch 250 GB 850 EVO Solid State Drive
- WD 2TB 6Gbps SATA III Hard Disk Drive - Green
Power Supply - Corsair CXM 750W

PC runs fine most of the time while using adobe software and surfing the net. When I load up games it usually shuts down within about a minute. It also crashes on occasion after entering password at log in. It will get stuck on a boot cycle usually after this happens. Event log after crashes hasn't told me much. Usually just reports a kernel power failure (event ID 41). Temps seem fine also.

My suspicion is the psu is faulty. I would be interested to hear other peoples opinions before I contact Corsair about it.

Many thanks for your help!
