CPU Usage issue

When I play my games on ultra with my gtx 1060 my cpu is fine and can handle the game as well. When attempting to stream on obs, my cpu usage shoots to 100% and ill begin lagging in game. I currently using iGPU and wondering if that is straining my cpu. Instead of dual monitoring from my onboard, will it reduce strain on my cpu if i just dual monitor from my gpu instead? I plan to use a vga to dvi adapter and currently using a hdmi slot for my 2nd monitor.

that definetly the plan, but i still get cpu high usage still went attempting to stream. In order for that to stop i had to lower my present to superfast and process to normal and my fps to 30. Just trying to figure if using my gpu as my second monitor will lower my cpu usage. I have a cpu i7 4770k and my gpu is a gtx 1060 and motherboard is a asus Z78-K. 16gb ram
