are these computer specs good for gaming?

It's not exactly a game pc I think, but I want to buy a new desktop.

€550

Processor: Intel Pentium G4560 3,5GHz
Motherboard: Asus H110M-R
Memory: Crucial 8GB DDR4-2133
Graphics card: MSI AMD Radeon RX 460 2GB
Hard drive: 1000GB HDD SATAIII (no second hard drive)
Power supply: 500 Watt Cooler Master

I don't know a lot about computers so can anyone help me our here? is this a good buy? There is no windows on it, but I'll buy that separate.

Yes, it's a prebuild. The government gives me 550 for a computer, not parts.
Otherwise I would've probably made it myself.

you can play some games on it, especialy esports titles all of them u can run them with no problems, battlefield 1 at 30 - 35 fps on high maybe, need for speed 2015 on high to medium, gta 5 on high to medium. Depend on what u want to play and at what quality.. :)

Do you think I could play neverwinter on high? or Nekopara?
(minimum of nekopara)
CPU: 1.8 GHz Pentium 4
RAM: 1 GB RAM
DX: Version 9.0
OS: Vista http://gamesystemrequirements.com/
Store: 3 GB available space
Resolution: 1280 x 720

I don't really play games beside neverwinter/lol

Can you please elaborate the type of games you are willing to play, because that effects much on the PC building thing. Like if you are going for games like COD: Advanced warfare or Witcher 3, you'll be requiring some awesome piece which will be quite expensive. But if you are willing to go for games like Dota 2, CS:GO, etc. then the cost will be comparatively low. Please mention the game genre you are willing to play to make it easier to suggest. :)

you can play thoose games (neverwinter,nekopara and league of legends, cs go too) with no problem on that PC on the maximum rez and high settings.
