I am rebuilding my gaming rig with no luck of getting it to run. Here are the specs:
AsRock Z170M Pro4S
ASUS Radeon R9 380 4GB
Intel Core i3-6100
EVGA 500W 80 Plus Certified White
Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mini Tower
The graphics card has a light that is glowing white, so I know that it is receiving power. Upon turning the power button on the CPU fan makes a slight rotation (less than a 90 degree turn) but then stops moving altogether. The case fans will not rotate either. Not sure if it is a motherboard issue, I have continually put the system panel header pins in the wrong spots in the past, so I will continue to fiddle with those. Below is a picture of the diagram I am working with.
So to conclude, I know that it is not a power supply issue and is more likely having to do with the insertion of motherboard pins. Any suggestions would be helpful.
