I recently began having trouble with my pc and took it into a repair shop, the shop said that i had a dead mb and powersupply. I consequently replaced both and purchased a new cpu and ram. After installing my new parts i attempted to boot up my computer but to no avail. I was faced with the same issue, when i turn my pc on all fans and leds turn on then the leds dim and graphics card fans stop and then it turns off. The computer then restarts and repeats the same process. I have isolated every part in attempt to find the issue but with no success, i have reseated my cpu and ram, tried both sticks in both slots, tried it with only the mb cpu and ram but nothing seems to work. Someone please help i need my computer urgently for rendering for an assignment
Pc turns on, then LEDs dim, graphics card fans turn off then pc turns off and repeats the same issue

If the problem is still occurring, try replacing your PSU. It sounds like it doesn't have enough power to boot everything.
