AMD graphic card stoped displaying video out to monitor

Hello everyone
My PC has a gigabyte motherboard 4 gb ram, I was using Radeon HD 5430 2GB. It was working fine for some months. One day when I turned on my computer the monitor was displaying no signal. Did my graphic card burned out?If yes , Is there anyway to repair ?

To see if the issue is with the card, test the card in another system, try another card in yours, does the computer run on the onboard video? Does the computer actually turn on? Need full system specs.
