Do i need more than 500w psu for this spec.

My pc always shut down a few second after i start it.Im looking to upgrade to 750w psu if i need to.

Spec:

i7 2600k

H61MK

AVG 500w PSU

Kingston 8GB RAM ddr3/1333mhz

Case - Segotep K6 .2x 120mm fan.

Sounds like a power issue yeah, dependant on your graphics card 750W is not needed... get a good PSU, check the tier list here on toms. and pick one in your price range
