Hello guys what are this connectors beside the sata connector and sata power these are like 4 pin or molex male.. and also the sata connector comes from the motherboard and the sata power comes form the psu right?...

Those are jumper settings. Using a small pin connector, you can set the drive to behave differently depending on which pins are paired. Usually they can be paired 1-2 and 3-4 for:

- Reduced Power Spinup: Used by external hard disks to reduce spinup current and allows it to work over USB interface.
- Spread Spectrum Clocking: Used when your SATA controller doesn't support SSC by default.

is it important im not gonna use laptop but desktop/gaming pc
