I want to buy gtx 1060 3gb,and in my country,the cheapest models are the palit/gainward and evga single fan(not oc).At first i wanted to get the palit one,but I've heard from others that it can get loud at high usage and the fans can be noisy.Also that the temperatures can rise a bit too much at times.
I would buy the evga single fan,but I don't think it can be overclocked much,compared to the other models?Can i expect better temps/less noise on the evga model?
