Is it possible to send data from about 5 different ip's to a certain port by using the route command in cmd or in any other way.

Solution
Routing is destination based. It determines which device is in the path to the destination.

What you are talking about is sometimes called source ip based routing. It is also called policy routing. It is not done with a route command. You can technically send any packet to any designation. Problem is this still must be done on the router. If you could somehow get the router to send all the ips to your pc you could then send them to another device using your pc as a router. The only way I can think to even do this is ARP spoofing to trick the router into sending you data.
