My spec is :
CPU: Core i7-6700 (with CM212X heatsink)
MB: Asus Z170a
PSU: Corsair CX750M
Nvdia GTX970

My computer now getting hard freeze which have to press and hold power button to reset.

The things I've tried:
1. Replacing new PSU. However, the computer get hard freeze more often.
2. Updating lastest BIOS and Nvdia firmwares, Reinstalling Realtek Drivers
3. Running Passmark memtest86 and It was all pass
4. Checking temperature and It's all good

The problem still occur.

Is there any other solution?
Please guide me. I really have no idea about other solution.

Sorry for bad English

What does 'Windows reliability history' show? Start your search there, try to see what changes whete made before the problem first occurred. Winfows updates have a nasty habit of showing lots of problems within first 3 days afyer they are installed, so look a few days back.

I was having this problem, where it would lock up and still I'm not sure if my system is fixed since it has only been 2 days. However what I have done is installed a new SSD and reinstalled windows onto that. 2 Days in and no freezes so that is nice I guess.

If you have windows on an SSD and it is it Samsung EVO 850, apparently there has been a lot of problems where they freeze like this.
