I installed a new amd gpu first time and then i install the latest drivers from their website and ofcourse their new radeon settings software instead of catalyst control center but i can't find the appy button to test the settings in their new software. for example when i reduce brightness bar there is no 'apply' to test it :fou:

Yamitime is right, all settings within Radeon's settings are applied on the fly, if something doesn't look right, you can pick a new option or you can revert all settings/preferences back to factory defaults.

Why do you need a brightness/contrast settings so bad? It's better just to control it through the screen/monitor itself since you have full control of everything.

For the brightness settings in the Radeon control panel, i assume you are talking about the "Custom Brightness" in Video settings, if so you are looking at the wrong thing. This is for Video/Game custom settings not the native brightness control for the screen. As for Nvidia control panel, at least the Radeon one doesn't look like an outdated Windows XP program with no style what so ever :p

I need it because it's hurting my eye so bad at full glow i am not used to default 50-50 brightness contrast and as for the custom video settings it still doesn't go as far as nvidia and even intel control panel did + it didn't even have contrast settings nor the apply button to test different settings. :kaola: So even if nvidia panel looks outdated to some people (mostly amd fanboys) it does provide what u need unlike amd :D But now the only options it seems is to use directly monitor buttons thanks to amd :pt1cable:
