Is it a big difference between these 2 memories?

Hello! In my Pc i have a Crucial 4Gb DDR3 1600 CTS1264BA160BJ memory.I want to add 4 more gb.I found a Crucial 4GB DDR3 1600 CT51264BD160BJ. Can i use these 2 together?

CT51264BA160BJ is regular 1.5v DDR3 can operate only at 1.5v
CT51264BD160BJ is low voltage DDR3L 1.35v, can operate at 1.35v or 1.5v

If your system supports DDR3L, then only DDR3L will work
If your system supports DDR3, then both DDR3 and DDR3L will work.
