basically the title says it all i would like to know cheap motherboard and a cheap cpu that wont bottleneck

sorry i didnt mentioned it earlier but i already have a pc this is an upgrade of some kind if u want to know my specs is:
My CPU: AMD Athlon™ X4 Quad Core 860K
My Motherboard: ASUS A68HM-K
My Video Card: NVIDIA® GeForce™ GTX 1050 2GB
My Storage is 1TB and my ram is 8gb

you're going to need new ddr4 ram , motherboard and cpu. what case do you have ? does it fit the 1070 inside ?
 


Based on this, you will need a CPU, Motherboard, DDR4 RAM, probably a PSU + your 1070.
Just want to make sure so someone can put together the best build (if possible) to achieve your request that the 1070 be able to run at 100%.

thank you all for the help but i think that this is too much for me i would need a new power supply,DDR4 ram, CPU,Motherboard and probably a new case my budget wont allow it xD i will maybe come here to this forum to check it out

yeah it will be better to wait then . no point in getting less than what you wanted just for the sake of a month or two .

someone may post a build but they will probably include the pentium g4560 which will not use the 1070 to its maximum .
