Why can't I run bf4 on ultra when i see people doing it all the time on gtx 770. and another thing when i play on 60 hz servers i get low fps on high no aa settings also.

GTX 770
i5 7500
750w ps
8gb ram
msi h110m gaming mb

It's possible that your amount of RAM is the bottleneck here. Also, are you absolutely sure that the people you've seen are on GTX 770's? That's a pretty old card, and BF4 is a relatively new game.

But that's at 1920 by 1200 and I can run it on ultra now just with vsync off but I can't run it at 64 fps like the chart shows on high with hbao on . Have to turn off vsync
