[HELP] My motherboard power led comes on but fans won't turn on.

I just bought a new PC and installed the part correctly, I then turn on the power at the wall, the pwr_led comes on and I press the power button on, and nothing happens. I hope it's not fried and I don't know what to do.

I've checked the power switch pins are connected. There's no operating system installed. I plugged in the CPU_FAN. I don't know what to do now. Hope you can help.

Reasons for nothing happening when turn on power:

24 pin connector not in all the way
4/8 pin connector not in all the way
Ram/GPU not fully seated
Power button/light pins not inserted or not in correct slots
Switch on back of PSU off or power cord not fully plugged in
Standoffs not properly installed between motherboard and case
CPU not inserted correctly or nothing plugged into CPU fan header
